Geting Messy

Would you pay money and travel over 2500 miles by van (four days total travel time) for the privilege of getting messy?

In 2007, my niece Marie and son Steven were a part of a group of adults and young people who did just that. The youth group from Marie’s church went from Minnesota to a small church school in Mexico just south of the border and helped with various building and fix-it projects around the school. Steven was part of the crew putting sealant on the roof of a building. There was lots of fun along with the hard work, making this a wonderful experience.
